Welcome to VoxRC. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use VoxRC.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for an account, purchasing a membership, or using VoxRC in any capacity, you confirm that you:
✔ Are at least 18 years of age.
✔ Have read and agree to abide by these Terms.
✔ Understand that VoxRC is a paid membership-based platform with a strict no-refund policy.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITY
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
VoxRC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. FREE TRIALS & PAID MEMBERSHIPS
A. Free Trials
VoxRC does not currently offer free trials. All memberships require payment in advance to access the platform.
However, promotional trial offers may be introduced in the future at VoxRC’s sole discretion. Any such offers will be clearly communicated and subject to specific terms.
B. Paid Memberships
VoxRC operates on a subscription-based model with monthly or annual billing options.
Membership fees are billed automatically according to your selected plan.
You may update or cancel your membership at any time, but all payments are final.
4. NO REFUNDS POLICY
All payments made to VoxRC are non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made for unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service.
Canceling your membership will prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for past payments.
By subscribing to VoxRC, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
5. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
To maintain a respectful and safe community, users agree to:
✔ Treat all members with courtesy and respect.
✔ Refrain from harassment, spamming, or inappropriate behavior.
✔ Avoid posting offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
VoxRC reserves the right to suspend or remove users who violate these guidelines without prior notice or refund.
6. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
VoxRC may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
- Provide false or misleading information during registration.
- Attempt to disrupt, manipulate, or harm the platform.
Account termination does not entitle you to a refund.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VoxRC is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for interactions or outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, platform security, or availability.
Under no circumstances shall VoxRC be liable for damages, financial loss, or personal disputes arising from use of the service.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
VoxRC reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
